Actor Varun Dhawan returned to the set of his upcoming action thriller film ‘Baby John’ on Sunday, where he posted a picture showcasing his muscular physique.
Updating his fans on Instagram stories, Varun informed them that he has returned to the sets of ‘Baby John’.
In the image, Varun stood with his back to the camera, showcasing his muscular physique.
Sharing the photo, he wrote, “Back to work #babyjohn.”
Varun recently announced the release date on Instagram. He shared the poster that he captioned, “Hold on tight, the ride is about to get wild. #BabyJohn coming to your nearest theaters on May 31st!”
The poster depicts Varun wearing a black vest, sporting long hair, and gripping a knife.
Text written on the poster reads, “No beast is more savage than a man when possessed with power answerable to his rage.”
‘Baby John’ is the film’s title, helmed by A. Kaleeswaran. Atlee is presenting the film in collaboration with Jio Studios and Cine1 Studios.
The makers released the captivating teaser of the film, garnering an overwhelming response from fans.
Keerthy Suresh, Wamiqa Gabbi, Jackie Shroff, and Rajpal Yadav are also part of ‘Baby John’, slated to release in theaters on May 31, 2024. The film is produced by Murad Khetani, Priya Atlee, and Jyoti Deshpande.
In the upcoming months, Varun will star in the Indian adaptation of the Hollywood series ‘Citadel‘, alongside actor Samantha Ruth Prabhu.
It is an Indian adaptation of the Russo Brothers’ series of the same name, featured Priyanka Chopra and Richard Madden in the international version. The release date of the Indian adaptation is yet to be announced. Raj and DK have developed the Indian version.
