Rakhi Sawant has formally confirmed that she will marry Pakistani actor and policeman Dodi Khan. Speaking to News18, Rakhi told how deeply she loves Dodi and narrated information regarding their forthcoming wedding.

“He is my love. We love each other. He is from Pakistan. I am from India, so we will have a love marriage,” Rakhi said.

Abuse against Ex-Husband

Rakhi Sawant also spoke about controversies over her past relationships. She said that her ex-husband, Adil Khan Durrani, was spreading false information about her to gain publicity.

“Adil is jealous of my marriage, so he wants bad publicity, wrong publicity from my name, and I don’t want to give any publicity to that idiot,” she said.

Rakhi Questions Public Interest in Her Marriage

Taking to Instagram, Rakhi responded to the widespread discussion about her wedding. In a video message, she questioned why people are so concerned about her marriage plans.
“I want to tell you something to all. Everybody is very worried about my wedding. I can marry whenever I want, whether in India, Pakistan, China, Bhutan, America, London, or Canada. Live and let live. What are you doing?” she said in Hindi.

Rakhi Reacts to Selena Gomez’s Emotional Moment

Rakhi then shifted focus to international pop star Selena Gomez, who recently broke down in tears. While Selena’s emotional moment was reportedly due to US President Donald Trump’s decision to deport illegal immigrants, Rakhi saw it differently.

“Why are you crying so much after coming to know about my wedding?” Rakhi asked in a video. She humorously added, “She is crying so much as if I’ve stolen her groom. Selena, what’s wrong with you? Are you ok? Dodi isn’t your boyfriend, right? Selena Gomez, why are you crying? I didn’t steal your boyfriend or XYZ. Dodi is a good actor, a big actor from Pakistan. So Selena Gomez don’t cry.”

Rakhi’s Past Marriages

Rakhi was married to Adil Khan Durrani in the past. They separated in 2023 over serious allegations of domestic violence and financial fraud. He was arrested and was lodged in jail for five months. After this, he was released.

Earlier, Rakhi was married to Ritesh Singh. Her marriage with him began in 2019 but ended in a divorce in 2022. As Rakhi is moving ahead with her wedding, Dodi Khan’s wedding with Rakhi will also create another big debate in the entertainment sector.
