Priyanka Chopra Reunites With Daughter Malti Marie After Long Journey

Priyanka Chopra has reunited with her daughter, Malti Marie, after traveling for over 42 hours. The Bollywood actress was in Mumbai, India, to attend the wedding of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant. Malti Marie was in Australia, where Priyanka has been shooting for her Hollywood action film, “The Bluff”.

Priyanka shared a heartwarming picture on Instagram, showing Malti sitting in her lap. Priyanka looked casual in a white top with her hair loosely tied back. Both mother and daughter were smiling as Malti played with a small toy. Priyanka captioned the post, “After 42+ hours of travel around the world in a couple of days, this is all I needed (red heart and namaste emojis).” Actress Neha Dhupia and many other fans left red heart emojis in the comments.

Priyanka’s Visit to India

Priyanka arrived in Mumbai with her husband, singer-actor Nick Jonas, on Thursday evening. That night, they attended her brother Siddharth Chopra’s birthday party, along with actor-cousin Mannara Chopra and Siddharth’s fiancée Neelam.

The following day, Priyanka and Nick attended the Shubh Vivah ceremony of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant at the Jio World Convention Centre. Priyanka was seen dancing enthusiastically in the baaraat to her songs Mujhse Shaadi Karogi, Chikni Chameli, and Sapno Mein Milti Hai. She also jammed with her Dil Dhadakne Do and Bajirao Mastani co-star Ranveer Singh.

Priyanka left for Australia early on Saturday morning, while Nick headed to Canada for a performance.

Since she wouldn’t be able to attend the Shubh Aashirvad and Mangal Utsav (wedding reception) that weekend, Priyanka sent her wishes to the newlyweds via Instagram. She posted pictures from the wedding and wrote, “Clearly I missed chaats and dancing at baraats! What a special night it was celebrating two of the most kind and gracious people I know. #Anant and Radhika may God always protect your union.”

Upcoming Projects

Priyanka Chopra will next be seen in Heads of State, The Bluff, and Jee Le Zaraa.
