The creators of ‘Paatal Lok‘ on Monday unveiled the much-anticipated trailer for its second season.
The preview offers a captivating glimpse into a gripping crime thriller, as underdog inspector Hathi Ram Chaudhary ventures into uncharted territory. Set in the scenic yet turbulent backdrop of Nagaland, the trailer highlights Hathi Ram’s unwavering pursuit of justice as he joins forces with his loyal ally, Imran Ansari. Together, they face systemic corruption and societal evils while unraveling a complex case. Assigned to investigate the mysterious disappearance of a migrant worker linked to a dangerous drug cartel, Hathi Ram must untangle a web of secrets and confront his own inner struggles in his relentless quest for the truth.

Jaideep Ahlawat, excited to reprise his role as Hathi Ram Chaudhary in ‘Paatal Lok’ Season 2, shared his thoughts in a press note. The new season sees the return of Ishwak Singh alongside new additions Tillotama Shome and Gul Panag. Produced by Clean Slate Filmz in association with Eunoia Films LLP, the eight-episode series is created and executive produced by Sudip Sharma. Directed by Avinash Arun Dhaware, the show is set to premiere on Prime Video on January 17.
