Nargis Fakhri Finally Posts Photo For First Time After Sister’s Murder Arrest

Nargis Fakhri’s daughter Aliya Fakhri, who is accused of murdering her ex-boyfriend and one of his friends in the US, has been recently arrested. Despite maintaining a cold silence on the issue, her mother was overheard speaking in defense of Aliya. However, Nargis Fakhri went viral by posting a mesage on Instagram.

In the Instagram story, Nargis has shared a picture with Jacqueline Fernandez and Sonam Bajwa, her co-stars in ‘Housefull 5’. The three women can be seen excitedly posing for a photograph while preparing to shoot, with Nargis captioning the photo “we are coming for you”.

Nargis Fakhri’s latest story

According to a source close to India Today, Nargis has not seen her sister for over 20 years and came to know about the incident only through news. “She has not been in touch with her sister for over 20 years. The actor learned about the incident through the news, just like everyone else,” the source shared. In her defense, their mother said, “I don’t think she would be killing someone. She was a person who was caring for everybody. She tried to help everybody,” according to news agencies.

Aliya Fakhri is accused of setting ablaze a two-story garage in Queens, killing her 35-year-old ex-boyfriend, Edward Jacobs, and his 33-year-old friend, Anastasia Ettienne. According to the sources, Aliya started the fire after her ex-boyfriend refused to reconcile with her when she lit up a heap of garbage. Aliya has been charged with nine counts, including four counts of first-degree murder, four counts of second-degree murder, and an arson charge. Aliya is to appear in court on December 9.
