Kartik Aaryan Picks ‘Sattu’ As His Favorite Character As ‘Satyaprem Ki Katha’ Hits One Year

Actor Kartik Aaryan marked the first anniversary of his film ‘Satyaprem Ki Katha’ by expressing deep appreciation to his fans for their immense love and support. Taking to Instagram on Saturday, he shared a heartfelt post reflecting on his journey with the movie. Kartik shared a compilation video showcasing unseen on-set footage and enjoyable behind-the-scenes interactions with co-star Kiara Advani and the entire cast and crew.

Kartik captioned the post, “It’s been a year, yet I still keep getting messages on social media for this special film and for Sattu On the 1st Anniversary of #SatyaPremKiKatha, I would like to Thank you all for giving Sattu and Katha, a place in your heart #SPKK will always be closest to my heart and Sattu will be my most favourite, strongest and bravest character. #Gratitude.”

‘Satyaprem Ki Katha’, starring Kartik Aaryan and Kiara Advani in lead roles, premiered on June 29 last year. Directed by Sameer Vidwans, the film introduced Kartik as ‘SatyaPrem’ and Kiara as ‘Katha’. The story revolves around Kartik’s pursuit of Kiara for marriage and their subsequent married life filled with challenges. The cast includes Supriya Pathak Kapur, Siddharth Randheria, Anooradha Patel, Rajpal Yadav, Nirrmite Saawaant, and Shikha Talsania.

On his recent projects, Kartik Aaryan starred in Kabir Khan’s ‘Chandu Champion‘, portraying Chandu, inspired by Murlikant Petkar, India’s first Paralympic gold medalist in freestyle swimming. The film received acclaim from fans, critics, and the film industry alike.

Looking ahead, Kartik will feature in ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’ and ‘Captain India’ in the coming months.
