At the Miss Cosmo 2024 event, Harnaaz stole the spotlight during the jury session, accompanied by Miss Universe Vietnam 2021, Nguyễn Huỳnh Kim Duyên. Her stunning gown, designed by Vietnamese designer Lê Thanh Hòa, featured a plunging neckline, off-the-shoulder design, and a daring thigh-high slit.

The floor-length gown featured intricate 3D wing-like structures on the bust and a body-hugging silhouette that accentuated her figure. The shimmering gold and silver sequins on the tulle fabric contributed to her stunning red carpet appearance. She paired the gown with embellished silver stilettos and minimal jewelry, including a choker necklace and teardrop earrings adorned with yellow and white crystals.

For her glam, Harnaaz opted for bold kohl-lined eyes, winged eyeliner, and a muted brown smokey eye look with glitter accents. She complemented her makeup with a mocha brown lip shade, subtle blush on her cheekbones, darkened brows, mascara-adorned lashes, and a contoured face. Her hair was styled loose with a side part, featuring a sleek, wet-hairdo finish.
