Carry On Jatta 3: A Laughter Riot Par Excellence!

If laughter is the best medicine, then ‘Carry On Jatta 3’ is a pharmacy. The third instalment of the wildly popular franchise brings back the beloved characters in a riotous comedy that leaves viewers clutching their stomachs.

Gippy Grewal, reprising his role as Jass, delivers a stellar performance that is both hilarious and heartwarming. His charm and comedic timing bring a fresh vitality to the film that’s engaging and captivating. Sonam Bajwa, with her glamourous avatar, lights up the screen with a presence that’s dazzling and memorable.

New additions to the cast, Kavita Kaushik and Gippy’s real-life son, Shinda Grewal, add an original spin to the film. Kavita’s portrayal of a coy housewife is delightfully surprising, while Shinda showcases a cool Gen Alpha swagger that’s endearing.

The film truly shines with its veteran comedians, Gurpreet Ghuggi and Jaswinder Bhalla, who deliver laughs with their whimsical dialogues and mannerisms. Binnu Dhillon’s superb comic performance in the climax, leading the famous chase sequence, is a testament to his exceptional acting prowess.

‘Carry On Jatta 3’ might be a bit predictable plot-wise, but it more than compensates with its hilarious situations and well-written dialogues. In essence, it’s a pure joyride filled with laughter, entertainment, and excellent performances. This Punjabi comedy makes those two-plus hours in the cinema truly worth it. Buckle up and get ready for a rollicking journey!
