Bollywood Actor Govinda Injured in Accidental Gunshot to His Leg While Cleaning Revolver

Bollywood actor Govinda accidentally shot himself in the leg early in the morning while preparing to leave for a trip. The incident occurred around 4:45 AM when his licensed revolver accidentally misfired while he was cleaning it. Govinda was immediately admitted to CritiCare Hospital, where doctors successfully removed the bullet from his leg. His condition is stable.

According to his manager, Shashi Sinha, the actor was getting ready to catch a flight to Kolkata for a show. While putting his revolver in the cupboard, it slipped from his hand, causing a misfire that hit his leg. “Govinda ji was about to leave his residence for the airport when this accident occurred,” Sinha said, confirming the actor’s condition is now stable.
