Album ‘Pink Friday 2’ by Nicki Minaj to release on her birthday

Nicki Minaj, a rapper and singer-songwriter, revealed that her forthcoming fifth studio album, “Pink Friday 2,” will now be released on December 8, which is also her birthday, instead of November 17, as per People.
The rapper revealed her reasoning for delaying the release a second time and said how “proud” she is of the project.

Following her announcement of many “major, monumental announcements,” Minaj said, “I have changed my album date for about two reasons.” She donned matching pink lipstick and makeup, just like “Barbie” bling.

“The new album date for this incredible body of work that I am so proud of is on a very special day to me and to the Barbz,” the “Barbie World” rapper said. ‘Pink Friday 2’, I am so happy to announce, will be out on my birthday, December 8th.”
“I am so filled with emotion about it because, as y’all know, it’s been a long time coming,” the hip-hop star added.

People said that the famous person clarified that the primary reason for the date adjustment was that the album’s vinyl pressing wouldn’t be ready until the first week of December. Furthermore, she explained that the release had “been changed for some time now behind the scenes” and wasn’t pushed because 2 Chainz and Lil Wayne, her longtime friend and collaborator, are releasing Welcome 2 Collegrove, their new joint album, on November 17.
