After Brutal Attack, Saif Ali Khan Sets New Paparazzi Rules: No Taimur And Jeh Photos!

Days after Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan was stabbed inside his Mumbai home, he and his wife Kareena Kapoor have introduced new guidelines for paparazzi to ensure their family’s privacy and security.

According to a report, Kareena’s team held a meeting with Mumbai-based paparazzi on Tuesday to discuss these rules. The couple has specifically requested that photographers refrain from capturing images of their children, Taimur Ali Khan and Jehangir (Jeh) Ali Khan. Additionally, they have urged the media not to gather outside their residence, citing security concerns.

Saif and Kareena clarified that while they understand media interest, photographs of them should only be taken when they attend public events.

Details of the Attack on Saif Ali Khan

On January 16, Saif Ali Khan was attacked inside his Bandra residence in Mumbai by an intruder identified as Mohd Shariful Islam Shehzad, who allegedly broke in with the intent to commit theft. During a violent altercation, Saif sustained stab wounds to his thoracic spine and other body parts.

The actor was immediately rushed to Lilavati Hospital, where he underwent spinal and plastic surgeries. He was discharged on January 21 and has since returned home. Upon his release, he briefly greeted the media but has remained largely private as he recovers.

Kareena Kapoor’s Plea for Privacy

Following the incident, Kareena Kapoor issued a statement urging both fans and media to respect their family’s privacy.

“It has been an incredibly challenging day for our family, and we are still trying to process the events that have unfolded. As we navigate this difficult time, I respectfully and humbly request that the media and paparazzi refrain from relentless speculation and coverage,” she stated.

She further highlighted the emotional toll and security risks posed by constant media scrutiny. “While we appreciate the concern and support, the continuous attention is overwhelming and poses a significant safety risk. We kindly ask for space to heal and cope as a family,” she added.

The couple’s request emphasizes the importance of respecting personal boundaries, especially during such sensitive times.
