Salman Khan’s latest blockbuster, ‘Tiger 3,’ has marked the actor’s career’s biggest opening, amassing a staggering ₹44.50 crore on its release day, November 12. The film, which is the third instalment of the successful Tiger franchise, has garnered a total of ₹148.50 crores so far. Salman Khan expressed his delight at the overwhelming response from the audience and fans, emphasising the special place the Tiger franchise holds in his heart.

Directed by Maneesh Sharma, ‘Tiger 3’ features Katrina Kaif and Emraan Hashmi in pivotal roles. Apart from the action-packed narrative, the film is part of the YRF Spy Universe, sharing the cinematic universe with hits like ‘War’ and ‘Pathaan.’ Notably, the movie also features cameo appearances by Shah Rukh Khan and a post-credit scene featuring Hrithik Roshan.

The Tiger franchise, initiated with ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ in 2012 and followed by ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ in 2017, continues to captivate audiences with its gripping espionage narratives. ‘Tiger 3’ focuses on a new mission involving RA&W agent Tiger (Salman) and ISI agent Zoya (Katrina Kaif), adding a new layer of intrigue to the successful franchise.

Salman Khan shared insights into the film’s challenges, highlighting a particularly demanding bike-chasing scene. He expressed joy in shooting the dance track ‘Leke Prabhu Ka Naam’ in Cappadocia, emphasising the emotional and personal elements in ‘Tiger 3.’ With a release coinciding with Diwali, Salman hopes audiences will enjoy the film’s entertainment value and family appeal in theatres.
