Ahead of the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) elections Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Delhi chief Adesh Gupta along with party MP Manoj Tiwari released the party’s manifesto.

Over the elections, BJP national president JP Nadda chaired a Delhi BJP core group meeting at his residence in Delhi on Wednesday.

Meanwhile, the meeting was attended by BJP Delhi President Adesh Gupta, co-in-charge Alka Gujar, Delhi state in-charge Baijant Jay Panda, Ashish Sood the convenor of the election management committee, and Siddharthan the state general secretary (org).

“Meeting went on for an hour. The discussion was done on the candidate list, Delhi’s current air pollution, landfill issue, campaigning modes, and medium, etc,” sources said.

According to the sources on 12 November and 13 November, BJP will release the list of candidates for the upcoming MCD elections.

Notably, on 4 December 2022 MCD elections will be held and the results will be announced on 7 December 2022.
