The BJP government, which used to call transfers an industry in Congress rule, has lifted the ban on transfers. Transfers will start on Saturday and will continue till February 20. In this regard, the gathering of legislators at the homes and offices of ministers has also started along with ministers.
Throughout Friday, there was a gathering of people for many ministers and legislators. The way to give the designations for transfers is under discussion. The reason for this is the suggestion of the Prime Minister given to BJP legislators to stay away from transfer desires. Hence, the legislators are seen avoiding the desires.
In the present situation, those people will be given priority in transfer, who are associated with the ideology of the party and during the Congress rule, were given postings in remote areas or were kept in abeyance. Along with this, the officers holding prime posts during the Congress rule will also be shifted here and there.
However, the staff officers are meeting MLAs and ministers for transfers. Application forms are also being given. But that desire is not being delivered yet. It is being speculated that the MLAs will give the list of transfers of their respective people to the ministers.
However, this time the desire will not be given to the employee in writing like before. The MLAs themselves will secretly convey this desire to the ministers

How will transfers take place in the end?

Meanwhile, it is also being questioned that there is a detailed process for transfers. After receiving thousands of applications, along with their selection, the basis of transfers is also decided.
In such a situation, there is also discussion among employees about how work that cannot be done in six months will be completed in 11 days. Employee organizations say that transfers should take place without any designations and discrimination.
The transfer of eligible individuals should take place, and politics should be completely eliminated from this.

No transfers in the Education Department

Meanwhile, the education department has decided not to transfer at present by referring to the board examinations. A notice has also been issued outside the education minister’s room in the secretariat. Apart from education, there will be transfers in other departments.
Transfers have been banned since January last year. The murmurs of transfers started as soon as the government changed. However, the negative impact of transfers in the medical department could also be observed. There is currently a focus on seasonal diseases. There is apprehension that the medical system will collapse if transfers are done.
