Sikandra Election Result: With the results now declared, Praphull Kumar Manjhi of the Hindustani Awam Morcha (Secular) has secured a commanding victory in Sikandra, earning 91,603 votes with a strong margin of 23,907 votes. Sikandra, a block-level town in Bihar’s Jamui district, had a population of 1,48,711 according to the 2011 census, with a notably high density of 1,530 people per square kilometre. The demographic breakdown recorded 76,782 males and 71,929 females, reflecting a sex ratio of 936 females per 1,000 males.

The verdict adds a significant chapter to Sikandra’s political journey, revealing how shifting voter preferences continue to shape the constituency’s wider narrative.
