Ramnagar Election Result: BJP's candidate Nand Kishore Ram has won the Ramnagar Constituenc by 88146 total votes with margin of 29762 votes followd by Rashtriya Janata Dal candidate Subodh Kumar who has received 60773 votes.

In the 2010 Bihar Legislative Assembly election for the Ramnagar constituency, Bhagirathi Devi of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) won the seat with 51,993 votes, securing 41.51% of the total votes. Her closest rival, Naresh Ram from the Indian National Congress (INC), received 22,211 votes, which accounted for 17.73%. Subodh Kumar of the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) followed with 20,095 votes and 16.04% of the vote share, while Shambhu Ram from the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) got 9,080 votes with 7.25%. Bhagirathi Devi won by a margin of 29,782 votes, securing a decisive victory in the constituency.
In the 2015 Bihar Legislative Assembly election for the Ramnagar constituency, Bhagirathi Devi from the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) emerged victorious with 82,166 votes, securing 48.05% of the total votes. Her nearest rival, Purnmasi Ram of the Indian National Congress (INC), received 64,178 votes, which accounted for 37.53% of the total. Bhagirathi Devi won the seat with a margin of 17,988 votes, maintaining a strong lead over her opponent.
