INC’s Rajesh Ram came second with 59,627 votes (31.28%), down by 6.25%. Subodh Kumar of the Bhartiya Panchayat Party finished third with 26,063 votes (13.67%). Other candidates, including those from Fauji Kisan Party, RLSP, and independents, secured below 3% each.
