Jokihat Election Result 2025: Jokihat is a town in the Araria district of Bihar, serving as the core of the Jokihat Assembly constituency (Constituency No. 49) which falls under the Araria Lok Sabha constituency. 

The counting will start by 8 AM on the 14th of November and the result is expected around 3-4 PM Approximately

The town is also the administrative headquarters for the Jokihat Community Development Block. Historically, this region has been politically significant, though it saw a notable shift in the 2020 Bihar Legislative Assembly election when Shafiqur Rahman of the All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) party won the seat. 

This victory marked a significant breakthrough for the AIMIM in Bihar’s Muslim-majority Seemanchal region. The area’s geography is characterized by the flood-prone plains, making agriculture the primary livelihood for the residents.
