Bihar Elections 2025: Darauli (SC) is a reserved seat for the Scheduled Castes. Constituency No. 107, it falls under the Siwan Lok Sabha constituency and is largely rural. Agriculture forms the backbone of its economy. The seat has been a Left stronghold in recent years but faces a fast-growing challenge from newer parties ahead of the Bihar Assembly Election 2025.
The Election Commission of India has announced that the 2025 Bihar Legislative Assembly election will be held in two phases, with polling on 6 November 2025 and 11 November 2025. The counting of votes and declaration of results is scheduled for 14 November 2025.
