In a recent statement, KT Rama Rao, a prominent leader of the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (TRS), expressed gratitude to party workers, leaders, and government officials for their tireless efforts during the election period. Despite exit polls suggesting various outcomes, KT Rama Rao remains steadfast in his belief that the TRS will emerge victorious.
Reflecting on past instances, he recalled the 2018 elections when most agencies reported inaccurate results. Asserting the party’s track record in disproving exit polls, he confidently declared that the actual results would be revealed on the third day, with the TRS securing over 70 seats to form the government.
Addressing concerns raised by activists and leaders, KT Rama Rao urged them not to be swayed by exit polls, emphasising the party’s ability to defy such predictions.
He also called upon the Election Commission to reconsider its rules, particularly those affecting voters in polling queues.
During a conversation with the CEO of the State Election Commission, KT Rama Rao advocated for a review of rules impacting voters during the polling process. He emphasised the need for the Election Commission to focus on this aspect in future elections.
In a bold stance, KT Rama Rao called for an apology from exit poll agencies if their predictions prove to be inaccurate on the third day. He urged the Election Commission to consider taking action against parties engaging in false propaganda, spreading lies, and circulating fake videos to influence voters.
As the anticipation builds for the final election results, KT Rama Rao’s unwavering confidence and calls for electoral transparency highlight the TRS’s commitment to a fair democratic process in Telangana.
