Former U.S. President Barack Obama, known for his passion for reading, recently shared his literary favorites on X. He listed 14 books he has enjoyed over the past few months and invited others to suggest their own recommendations.
In his post, Obama wrote: “I’ve read some great books over the last few months and wanted to share some of my favorites. Let me know if you have any recommendations for books I should check out!”
Among the books he recommended were James by Percival Everett, There’s Always This Year: On Basketball and Ascension by Hanif Abdurraqib, Everyone Who Is Gone Is Here: The United States, Central America, and the Making of a Crisis by Jonathan Blitzer, and Reading Genesis by Marilynne Robinson, among others.
