Two goods trains collided at Bankura’s Onda railway station. Rail service on the Kharagpur-Bankura-Adra line has been suspended.
According to Dibakar Majhi, Safety Officer, the cause of the accident and how both trains collided would be revealed only after an inquiry. According to the images from the scene, the accident caused numerous wagons and the engine of a goods train to derail. More information is awaited.
