As Eid-ul-Adha approaches, the Balochistan community has raised its voice for the release of missing individuals, whose absence is casting a shadow over holiday preparations.
In a unified stance for justice, impassioned activists are highlighting the plight of their loved ones and demanding their immediate return.

Social media campaigns, including hashtags like ‘This Eid Ask For Release’ and ‘Release All Missing Persons,’ are gaining momentum, drawing attention to this pressing issue.
Baloch Voice For Justice has taken to various platforms, expressing the anguish of families affected by disappearances. “No Eid for missing persons’ families,” they lamented on X.

One poignant case highlighted is that of Kabeer Baloch, missing for 15 years. BVJ questioned, “For the last fifteen years Eids have passed without Kabeer, will this Eid also pass without Kabeer in tears and sobs?”

Zara Baloch, another activist, emphasized the widespread impact of enforced disappearances in Balochistan, calling it a bitter reality of the ongoing human rights crisis.
Numerous activists and human rights defenders have joined this movement, amplifying calls for accountability and systemic change.

Journalist Mehwish Qamas Khan underscored the urgency of the situation, urging individuals to raise their voices and take concrete actions.

Despite the risks involved, the Balochistan community remains resolute in their quest for justice and the safe return of their missing loved ones. Their resilience reflects the enduring strength and determination of the Baloch people in the face of adversity.
