As part of the ‘Har Ghar Parivar Surya Namaskar Abhiyan,’ Yoga Assistants conducted 12 Chakra Surya Namaskar in gymnasiums across Panchkula, with registration available on the Surya Namaskar website.
Additionally, Yoga expert Ritu Mittal led a session of 12 Chakra Surya Namaskar for students at Senior Secondary School, Sector 6, Panchkula. Surya Namaskar, comprising 12 chakras, contributes to overall body health and rejuvenates energy levels. This initiative aims to promote well-being through the practice of Surya Namaskar in households, fostering a culture of holistic health and vitality.
