Haryana Assembly Speaker Gyan Chand Gupta will hoist the flag as the chief guest at the district level Republic Day function to be organised at the Parade Ground in Sector 5, Panchkula on the occasion of Republic Day on January 26 and will take the salute of the parade, while Municipal Corporation Mayor Kulbhushan Goyal will take the salute in Kalka. Will be the chief guest in the organised sub-division level program.
Before the district level program, a full dress final rehearsal will be organised tomorrow on January 24 at 10:00 am at the parade ground in Sector 5, in which Deputy Commissioner Sushil Sarwan will hoist the flag and take the salute of the grand march past. Grand march by District Police, District Mahila Police, Haryana Home Guard, ITBP, NCC Senior Wing, NCC Junior Wing, NCC Junior Division as well as students during the full dress final rehearsal. Pasted will be presented. Apart from this, various interesting presentations of cultural programs will be given by the children.
