Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has appealed to the people of Delhi regarding the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign that started in the country on Saturday, August 13.

Meanwhile, urging people of Delhi to hoist the national flag at their homes, Kejriwal said that the tricolor is the honor and pride of the country. Along with this, the Kejriwal government has planned to organize several patriotic programs to commemorate 75 years of independence.

Taking to Twitter, CM Kejriwal said, “The tricolor is our pride, the tricolor is our banner, the tricolor is our pride, the tricolor is our life, from today the tricolor campaign is starting in every household. You should also proudly put the tricolor at your home.”

Moreover, the Kejriwal government will celebrate the 75th anniversary of independence with ‘Har Haath Tiranga’ on the evening of 14 August.

Regarding this, CM Kejriwal had said, “I want to appeal to the people of the country to celebrate the eve of Independence Day with full enthusiasm. Let us all get together on 14 August at 5 pm and sing the national anthem with the tricolor in our hands and patriotism in our hearts.”

However, the ‘Har Ghar Tricolor’ campaign is started by the central government. Prime Minister Narendra Modi had earlier urged people to put the tricolor on their ‘display picture’ on social media accounts.
