Come Monsoon and one is reminded of the eternal love story of Radha and Krishna. Visualising these playful and joyous moments, Artist Swati Pasari has created beautiful painting and carved mesmerising sculptures in her latest artwork series called ‘Kanha’.
“His glory is unsurpassable, his story, a source of joy and inspiration- He is Krishna, the music and the melody”, says Artist Swati Pasari.
“The collection titled ‘Kanha’ is all about reliving that moment of love, innocence and friendship. I have tried to imagine and capture that era in my artwork. Gopis indulging in mesmerising dances listening to the playful tunes of Krishna’s flute, capturing the vivid colours of rainbow in my paintings and bringing alive the bond of love and friendship through the art work”, adds the artist who showcased her works at State Art Gallery in Hyderabad (July 8 – 16th, 2023) and at Oorja Kriti in Raipur on 14th & 15th July 2023.
