The Commanding Officer of One Airman Selection Center Ambala has announced that recruitment for Agniveer posts (both boys and girls) in the Indian Air Force has commenced under the Agniveer Scheme of the Government of India. Interested candidates can register themselves through the provided form until February 6th. The age of the applying candidates should be between January 2, 2004, to July 2, 2007 (both days included).
The educational qualification for these posts requires candidates to have completed 12th grade with 50 percent marks in Mathematics, Physics, and English, or hold a 3-year engineering diploma. Students from the non-medical stream can also apply, with the mandatory educational qualification being 12th Intermediate with a minimum of 50% marks and at least 50% marks in English, or a 2-year vocational course with a minimum of 50% overall and 50% marks in English. Recruitment examinations for these posts are scheduled to start from March 17, 2024. Only unmarried boys and girls are eligible to apply. Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary of Rs 30,000, and the appointment period will be 4 years. A 10 percent promotion and a service fund package of Rs 10 lakh 4 thousand will be given annually after retirement.

Ensure that the passport-sized photograph is not dated earlier than December 2023. Upload photographs of the left-hand thumb impression and signature. Also, upload photographs of the signatures of the candidate’s parents or guardian. The total examination and registration fee for these posts is Rs 550 + GST. Payment can be made through debit or credit card, internet banking, or UPI.
