The former chief minister and TDP national president, Nara Chandrababu Naidu, has said that countdown has begun for the YSRCP Government and the Chief Minister, Jagan Mohan Reddy, is a cancer plaguing the State.

“We need to get rid of this cancer and it is the responsibility of all of us to save the State from this cancer,” Chandrababu Naidu said while addressing a massive gathering at Machilipatnam as part of the ‘Edemi Kharma Mana rashtranki’ programme. “The massive gathering for the meeting even at midnight clearly indicates that the cadre is very keen to bring the TDP back to power and the countdown has begun for the YSRCP,” he said.

Observing that the living standards of the people in the State have touched the rock bottom after the YSRCP came to power, Chandrababu felt that the State can move forward only if the YSRCP disappears from the political scenario. Jagan, who claims that he is distributing money by pressing the button, can come out openly how many lakhs of crores he swallowed, Chandrababu asked.

Pointing out that it is Late NT Rama Rao, who provided equal rights for women in ancestral property, the TDP supremo said that he introduced the Dwcra societies and released Rs 20,000 each for Dwcra members. Asking why Jagan ordered for the closure of Anna Canteens, Mr Chandrababu pointed out that schemes like Chandranna Bheema, Pelli Kanuka and Ramjan Thofa too are discontinued.

Stating that before 2019 elections Jagan promised to get special category status for the State, Chandrababu felt that leave alone getting the status, he surrendered before the Centre. What happened to Bandar port, he asked and said that the locals should pay the tax to Naani for whatever works they take up in his Assembly segment. Chandrababu Naidu also said that permission was not given to him to construct a house in Kuppam.
