The conversation began when contestant Dipali Soni shared her love story with Big B. Soni’s husband mentioned that theirs was an arranged marriage, but they quickly fell in love and have now been together for 25 years. He also shared how they enjoy making reels together whenever they go out.
Inspired by their story, Amitabh Bachchan advised all married couples to keep their romance alive by making videos together. “You’ve given a wonderful idea to all the married couples. Wherever you are, whenever you go out, make a reel together,” Amitabh said, as quoted by Bollywood Shaadis.
This advice came at a time when the media is abuzz with rumours about trouble in Abhishek and Aishwarya’s marriage. Recently, an old video of Abhishek addressing these rumours resurfaced online. In the video, from the 2016 premiere of Aishwarya’s film “Sarbjit”, Abhishek dismissed the speculation, stating, “I don’t have to say anything to you all about that.” He then showed off his wedding ring, adding, “I think you all have blown the entire thing out of proportion. But I understand why you do it. We’re celebrities; we have to take it. Still married, sorry.”
Meanwhile, Amitabh Bachchan’s latest season of KBC 16 premiered earlier this week on Sony TV. During the first episode, Big B got emotional and thanked his audience for their continued support. “Today marks the start of a new season, but I’m a little short of words today,” he began. “No words can convey the gratitude for your love.” He continued in Hindi, “I salute this country’s people for the resurrection, rebuilding, and rebirth of KBC.”
