Union Home Minister Amit Shah will visit Jammu and Kashmir on 13 January 2023. The visit of the Home Minister Shah comes 10 days after militants killed six civilians including two children at Upper Dhangri village in Rajouri district.
Meanwhile, talking about Amit Shah’s schedule from 11.45 AM to 12.15 PM Shah will interact with family members of six civilians who were killed and from 1.30 PM to 3.15 PM Shah will chair the security review meeting at Jammu’s Raj Bhavan.
Earlier on 1 January gunmen fired indiscriminately on three houses of Hindu residents and six villagers lost their lives.
Moreover, the people of the village also staged a protest and were seen raising slogans against police and district administration demanding that J-K Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha listen to their demands. “LG Manoj Sinha hosh mein aao” the protesters raised slogans.
However, after the attack, Manoj Sinha also held a high-level meeting in Jammu and Kashmir.
