ABVP re-elects Rajsharan and Yagywalkya Shukla as national leaders

The Akhil Bhartiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) has announced the re-election of Dr. Rajsharan Shahi and Shri Yagywalka Shukla as National President and National General Secretary for the years 2023–24. This was announced by the Central Office of ABVP in Mumbai.
The Election Officer, Prof. C.N. Patel, has said that the tenure of both posts will be for one year, and both office bearers will assume their responsibilities during the 69th National Conference of ABVP scheduled to be held in Delhi from December 7 to 10.
Dr. Rajsharan Shahi hails from Gorakhpur in Uttar Pradesh, and presently, he is an Associate Professor in the Department of Education at the Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Lucknow. A writer and editor of six books and 109 research papers Dr. Shahi has been honoured with the Yogiraj Baba Gambhir Nath Gold Medal for Best Teacher by the C.M. Yogi Adityanath. His articles have been published in national and international research journals and seminars. His articles have been featured in the daily newspapers on subjects related to education.
He has played an important role in organisation during his student life as well as in his professional life.
Yagywalkya Shukla hails from the Garhwa district of Jharkhand. He has finished his PhD in geography from Ranchi University. His research was on the cultural and geographical study of the Korba tribe of the Palamu division of Jharkhand. He received the gold medal for his Master’s Degree in Geography from Nilambar-Pitamber University.
This announcement comes as ABVP is celebrating its 75th foundation day in a four-day event where eminent personalities from the fields of education and business will discuss various topics at DDA Grounds in Burari.
