RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav alleges that Deputy CM Vijay Kumar Sinha holds two voter ID cards with conflicting details

Tejashwi claims Sinha’s name appears in two constituencies, Lakhisarai and Bankipur. Different EPIC numbers, different ages, 57 years on one card, 60 years on another

"Will they receive two different notices, or are these rules only for the opposition?" Yadav questions

Vijay Kumar Sinha responded to the allegations. Clearing the air he shared that his name was in Bankipur earlier. Applied in April 2024 to shift to Lakhisarai & delete Bankipur entry

Sinha blames the administrative delay for both entries appearing temporarily.

Sinha accuses Tejashwi of playing politics says “I vote only from Lakhisarai. We don’t indulge in such frauds”

The SIR process in Bihar is already under fire. Opposition alleges missing names & duplicate entries. EC refuted Tejashwi’s earlier claim that his own name was missing
