Varun Dhawan and his wife, Natasha Dalal, have invested quite heavily in a luxury property in the luxury belt of the prime Juhu locality of Mumbai. The Rs 44.52 crore worth apartment will come with four car parking spaces on the seventh floor of an under-construction building and spreads over 5,112 square feet. MahaRERA registration documents show that the property is scheduled to be completed by May 31, 2025. Reports claim that the flat costs more than Rs 87,000 per square foot.
The property was registered on December 3, and Varun paid a whopping Rs 2.67 crore in stamp duty for the purchase. While confirmation from the actor’s team is still awaited, the details regarding the registration and the property’s specifications have been accessed through official documents. The Juhu and Bandra areas, where this new home is situated, are home to numerous high-profile Bollywood celebrities such as Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, and Akshay Kumar.
Besides this latest acquisition, Varun Dhawan owns another property in Mumbai. He has an apartment in Carter Road’s Sagar Darshan, which is valued at around Rs 60 crore. He had a bachelor pad in Mumbai before settling down with Natasha into a family home. The actor couple’s latest acquisition adds to their impressive list of properties in the city.
After the birth of their baby girl, Lara, it has been reported that Varun and Natasha shifted to a property earlier owned by Hrithik Roshan in Juhu. The couple was renting it for Rs 8.5 lakh. On the professional front, Varun was seen recently in action thriller Baby John. He will also star in No Entry 2 and Border 2 that feature Diljit Dosanjh, Arjun Kapoor, and Sunny Deol, among other faces.
