A heated altercation between a bank manager and a customer at Union Bank in Ahmedabad has gone viral, showcasing an argument that escalated into a physical fight. Jaiman Rawal, a disgruntled customer, was reportedly upset over increased tax deductions on his fixed deposit, leading to a clash with the manager.
The 43-second video captures Rawal and the bank manager grabbing each other by the collar before Rawal slaps the manager on the head. A woman’s voice can be heard urging her colleague, Shubham, to let it go. Meanwhile, an elderly woman accompanying Rawal attempts to intervene, trying to separate the two. She even slaps Rawal, urging him to stop. However, after being separated, Rawal lunges at another bank employee.
The incident occurred at Union Bank’s Vastrapur branch in Ahmedabad. Following the altercation, Vastrapur police registered a case, and an investigation is underway.

In a similar case, a video from a Canara Bank branch in Patna’s Gandhi Maidan area shows a man threatening and harassing a woman bank manager over his CIBIL score. The man is seen pointing aggressively at the manager, snatching her phone, throwing it to the ground, and accusing her of attempting to embarrass him by recording the interaction. He later retrieves the phone, sits down, and issues threats, saying, “Fix my CIBIL score. See what I do to you in your cabin. You don’t know who you are dealing with.”
Authorities are investigating both incidents.
