The Mumbai Police have received a threatening message stating that Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath would be killed like NCP leader Baba Siddique if he did not resign within ten days.
The threat was reported to the police on Saturday evening via an unknown number, prompting an investigation into the sender’s identity. In response to the threat, security measures for Adityanath have been intensified.
Baba Siddique was murdered by three assailants outside his son Zeeshan Siddique’s office during a Dussehra celebration on October 12.
Additionally, it’s worth noting that in the past two weeks, over 500 domestic and international flights have received bomb threats, leading to significant operational disruptions for airlines. However, these threats were later determined to be hoaxes by security agencies, with most issued through social media.
