Here are two recipes for you to savour and try at home

  1. The Himalayan Prescription 

Crafted with 11 handpicked, traceable botanicals and distilled over 9 hours, Kumaon & I deliver a unique taste that transports you to the heart of the Himalayas. Ingredients  

  • Kumaon Gin infused raw turmeric- 45ml
  • Ginger orange syrup – 15ml

Method

  • Mix all the ingredients and shake them
  • Pour the drink in an AP Glass and garnish it with a thyme brunt and serve

  • 60ml Jin Jiji IDG
  • Tonic water (top up)

Method:

  • Fill a highball glass with ice.
  • Pour in 60ml Jin Jiji IDG over the ice.
  • Top up with tonic water, stirring gently to mix.
  • Garnish with a fresh orange slice and a sprig of basil for a fragrant finish.
