Bigg Boss 18 House Tour: Explore the Intriguing Design of Bigg Boss 18!

Get ready for a home tour like no other as Bigg Boss 18 prepares to launch on October 6. The theme, “time ka taandav,” will delve into the fascinating concepts of past, present, and future, intricately woven into the design of the Bigg Boss house. Early glimpses of the set have circulated on social media, showcasing a design inspired by the grandeur of ancient caves and forts, featuring intricate motifs, sculptures, and a warm, earthy color palette. Contestants will encounter secret entrances, hidden doors, and cleverly positioned cameras throughout the house. The garden area stands out with its grand pillars and a pathway leading to the entrance.

A unique bathroom reminiscent of a Turkish hammam awaits the contestants, complete with a stunning Trojan horse that offers a vantage point over the house. The living room combines urban sophistication with earthy charm, highlighted by a large dining table at its center. The kitchen evokes a cave-like atmosphere, while the bedroom captures the essence of a regal fort, complemented by an intriguing jail area that adds a twist to the layout.

The house’s design took 45 days to complete, involving nearly 200 workers. Art director Omung Kumar shared insights with the Indian Express about the creative decision to embrace an Indian theme, noting, “This year, we wanted to highlight Indian aesthetics since it hasn’t been done in a while. One of the creative team’s specifications was to incorporate different levels in the house. India is incredibly beautiful, and we wanted to showcase that. The entrance pays homage to the pre-historic era, and this year’s design focuses on the claustrophobia of a cave. The colors are muted, but they will become more impactful over time. There are hidden entrances and secret doors, making the house initially confusing for the contestants.”

The show will air on Colors TV on October 6 and will also be live-streamed on Jio Cinema.
