BCCI Announces India’s Squad For 1st Test In Bangladesh Series

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has officially announced Team India’s squad for the 1st Test in the upcoming IDFC FIRST Bank Test series against Bangladesh. The match promises to be an exciting contest, with several key players named in the squad.

Key Players in the Squad
Rohit Sharma will lead the Indian team as captain, with young talent Yashasvi Jaiswal and Shubman Gill joining the experienced Virat Kohli and KL Rahul in the batting lineup. Middle-order star Sarfaraz Khan also makes his place, bringing solid form into the team.

The wicket-keeping responsibilities will be shared between Rishabh Pant and Dhruv Jurel. In the all-rounder department, Ravindra Jadeja and Axar Patel bring depth to both batting and bowling, alongside seasoned spinner R. Ashwin.
