A recent viral video captured a Pune Municipal Corporation truck speeding in reverse without a driver behind the wheel.
The video, posted by the Instagram account jist.news, shows the vehicle traveling at a high speed in reverse over a significant distance before finally stopping after hitting a divider. The incident occurred around 11:45 p.m. on the Vaiduwadi flyover in Hadapsar. Luckily, the road was deserted at the time, and no accidents were reported.

As the video circulated online, many social media users began questioning the safety and reliability of vehicles approved by autonomous units. One user humorously remarked, “Ajay Devgn from Tarzan,” while another commented, “Akshay Kumar to play the role of this truck in the next movie.”
A third user noted, “Wondering why this driverless truck didn’t hit any potholes,” and another quipped, “Pune is new Florida.”
