Fashion Is About Comfort And Self-expression For Vedang Raina

When it comes to setting fashion trends and capturing attention, Vedang Raina is a name to watch  out for. With his captivating charm and keen sense of style, the actor is making waves for Gen-Z. The ‘The Archies’ star, who showcased designer Gaurav Gupta’s ‘Arunodaya’ collection on Day 6 of India Couture Week, shared his fashion philosophy. He stated, “For me, fashion is about comfort, self-expression, and being true to yourself.”

Raina drew attention with his runway appearance alongside his rumored girlfriend, Khushi Kapoor. Their chemistry was palpable as they showcased Gupta’s exquisite collection, with their interactions on stage suggesting a deeper bond and adding a romantic flair to the event.

Raina donned an elegant sherwani with a high neckline and long sleeves as he walked the runway for Gaurav at the show in the national capital. His outfit, embellished with sparkling black beadwork, was complemented by black trousers and brogues, creating a stunning look.

Khushi and Vedang had made their acting debut together as Betty Cooper and Reggie Mantle in Zoya Akhtar’s Indian adaptation of Archie Comics, which debuted on Netflix. The film also featured Suhana Khan, Agastya Nanda, Mihir Ahuja, Yuvraj Menda, and Dot, among others.

Gaurav Gupta’s ‘Arunodaya’ collection, meaning ‘dawn’ in Sanskrit, represents hope and new beginnings. Gupta’s designs beautifully captured this theme, with each piece reflecting the elegance of a fresh start.

India Couture Week 2024, which began on July 24, will conclude with a showcase by Falguni Shane Peacock on July 31.
