Ranbir Kapoor Opens Up About Being Traumatized By Neetu And Rishi Kapoor’s Fights

In a candid conversation on Nikhil Kamath’s YouTube channel “People by WTF,” Ranbir Kapoor opened up about the emotional challenges he faced growing up. The actor, known for his openness about his life, revealed that he was traumatized by the frequent fights between his parents, the late Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Singh. These loud arguments, as he explained, left a lasting impact on him, making him feel uneasy whenever he hears raised voices.

Reflections on Parents’ Troubled Relationship

Furthermore, Ranbir Kapoor elaborated on the difficult period his parents went through, describing how he often spent much of his childhood on the staircases of their bungalow, trying to escape the tension. He mentioned feeling a sense of responsibility for his mother, especially since his sister was not around during those times.

Additionally, Ranbir noted the emotional distance he felt from his father, who was less expressive about his feelings. This communication gap, coupled with the tumultuous environment, contributed significantly to his confusion and distress during his childhood.

Rishi and Neetu Kapoor’s Family Legacy

Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Singh tied the knot in January 1980 and had two children, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni and Ranbir Kapoor.
