Rahul Gandhi Makes a Sarcastic Comment About PM Modi’s Chest; Questions His ‘Silence’ on NEET Paper Row

In a recent press conference, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi criticized Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s handling of the alleged paper leak scandal, accusing him of being “silent” and “crippled.” Rahul Gandhi suggested that Modi’s silence on issues like the NEET-UG paper leak stems from what he described as the Prime Minister’s post-election psychological collapse and his primary focus on the election of the Lok Sabha Speaker.

Gandhi asserted that Modi’s governance style relies on generating fear among people, but claimed that the fear factor has diminished. He referenced an incident in Varanasi where a shoe was thrown at Modi’s car, indicating a shift in public sentiment towards the Prime Minister. Gandhi also took a jab at Modi’s public image, “Now no one is afraid of him. People ridicule him…The chest which was earlier 56 inches, now I cannot give the number, but it has become 30-32 (inches).”

Regarding the NEET-UG paper leak and the cancellation of UGC-NET exams due to alleged irregularities, Gandhi stated that the Opposition would raise these issues in Parliament. He highlighted the ongoing controversies surrounding these exams, which have now reached the Supreme Court and led to a CBI investigation into the UGC-NET matter.

The press conference underscored Rahul Gandhi’s critical stance on the Modi government’s handling of educational examinations and governance issues, positioning the Congress party as a vocal opponent on these matters.
