Delhi’s Gangster Himanshu Bhau’s ’40 for 14′ Revenge Tale Post Burger King Shootout

Gangster Himanshu Bhau has taken responsibility for the dramatic shooting incident at Burger King in Rajouri Garden, west Delhi. In an Instagram post, Bhau claimed it was an act of revenge and hinted at more targets, ending with “40 for 14,” indicating the number of shots fired in retaliation for a previous incident.

Intelligence sources revealed that Bhau, who is subject to an Interpol Red Corner notice, may have evaded authorities by using unconventional routes, possibly reaching the USA. Efforts are underway to track him down and bring him back, with his associate Sahil reportedly detained in the US recently.

The Bhau gang, through a new Instagram account, stated in Hindi that the Rajouri Garden victim was linked to the murder of their associate Shakti Dada, framing the shooting as retribution. Bhau also implicated inmates Naveen Bali and Neeraj Bawana from Tihar Jail in the murder, prompting police to seek their custody for questioning.

Bhau, 21, has been challenging Lawrence Bishnoi’s syndicate and has orchestrated multiple violent incidents in Delhi and Haryana. He has aligned with Bishnoi’s rivals across several states, engaging in extortion activities targeting various businesses.

Originally from Ratuali village in Rohtak, Haryana, Bhau has intensified his activities in Delhi over the past year, orchestrating several shootings and employing a modus operandi of threatening targets via WhatsApp before carrying out violent attacks.

In 2022 alone, Bhau executed three killings within 24 days in March, utilizing forged documents to flee to Dubai and subsequently Portugal, according to suspicions.
