The National Students’ Union of India (NSUI) held a press conference today, demanding action on the alleged NEET scam and calling for a ban on the National Testing Agency (NTA). During a press conference, NSUI National President Varun Choudhary cited numerous irregularities and instances of malpractice in the NEET examination process, questioning the NTA’s ability to conduct fair and transparent exams. He highlighted that the integrity and reliability of the agency are in serious doubt and called for an immediate ban on the NTA. Choudhary also demanded the resignation of Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan if he fails to take swift and decisive action against those responsible for the NEET scam. He stressed that the Minister’s inability to address the issue would be a failure in his duty to ensure a corruption-free educational environment. Furthermore, Choudhary emphasized the need for measures to ensure justice for the students affected by the NEET scam. He called for a transparent investigation and stringent actions against those found guilty of tampering with the examination process.
