The site of the recent India-Pakistan clash, Nassau County International Stadium is going to vanish within six weeks’ time, leaving no trace of its existence.

In the aftermath of India vs USA’s match, the heavy machine bulldozer reached the stadium and by evening, bulldozers were standing outside this pop-up stadium, who were awaiting the orders to turn Nassau County stadium into dust.

But it will require six weeks to withdraw the structure. As it was constructed within 106 days.

Even though, this stadium won’t exist for long, but nonetheless, it gave Indian fans, who travelled across the world to witness thrilling matches, memories, which will be cherished forever.

Indian fans will continue to reminiscence the time, when ace bowler Jasprit Burmah ‘s three wicket spell propelled India to win the match, where they defended the lowest score of 119.

Regarding the prospect of hosting various Major League Cricket (MLC) matches, it didn’t materialize due to lack of interest from both organizers and franchises.

Meanwhile, the second stage of the tournament, known as the ‘Super 8s’, will now be entirely held in Caribbean islands. They will serve as the hosts for the matches until the conclusion of the T20 World Cup.
