1. Your father Mr PNC Menon founded the Sobha group way back in 1995. Today this Indian real estate brand is taking centre stage globally. Please share about his vision for the group which you are now taking forward?

My father always envisioned Sobha Realty as an epitome of superior quality and excellence, which transcends all geographical barriers. Our ambitious global expansion plans are underpinned by his vision to showcase Sobha’s superior craftsmanship to the world. He is immensely proud of Sobha Realty’s global success, which exemplifies the world of opportunities awaiting Indian enterprises internationally. Sobha’s success on the world stage is a moment of collective pride and honour for all Indians, paving the way for a world where Indian brands command worldwide recognition.

2. What are Sobha Realty’s expansion plans in the USA?
Our strategic foray into the US market aligns with our vision of being known as a global real estate brand and it is an integral part of Sobha Realty’s wider global expansion plans.

We aim to provide clients with seamless access to one of the world’s largest real estate markets. The region’s metropolitan hubs promise sizable returns, due to burgeoning demand for luxury properties and robust investment potential.

3. You recently partnered with an English Football premier league the Arsenal Football Club. Can you tell us more about this unusual partnership between a sports team and a real estate brand?

As leaders in our respective fields, both Sobha Realty and Arsenal F.C. embody a journey from humble beginnings to unparalleled success, unified by a dedication to excellence and the pursuit of perfection. We are delighted with our strategic partnership with Arsenal, underscoring our shared ethos of attention to detail and the pursuit of excellence. This partnership reflects Sobha Realty’s commitment to the highest quality, seamlessly mirroring Arsenal F.C.’s position of “Always Forward.” We are also honoured to be the football club’s principal partner and official training kit sleeve partner for both the men’s and women’s teams. We are also the club’s first-ever training ground naming rights partner, and the training ground is renamed as the Sobha Realty Training Centre. Additionally, the WM Lounge, an elite match-day hospitality suite at the Emirates Stadium, has been rebranded as ‘The WM Lounge, Presented by Sobha Realty.’

4. A good amount of interest is there in your latest project Sobha Hartland by the UK investors which is why you say you opened the marketing office – the Sobha Global Studio in London. Pls tell us more about the project and the demographics of its demand.
The waterfront Sobha Hartland project, sprawled across eight million square feet, encompasses opulent apartments, villas, and townhouses, with modern amenities for a stellar lifestyle. It has proximity to the Dubai International Airport and the Al Maktoum International Airport (under construction).

The Sobha Global Studio, located on Park Lane in the heart of London at Mayfair, is poised to serve as a doorway to exquisite properties, providing both UK residents and international investors an opportunity to seize valuable opportunities. Though currently in its nascent stages, the venture has piqued the interest of professionals from finance, technology and international business sectors, who have a penchant for luxurious lifestyles. Sobha Global Studio serves as a marketing and sales office, for high-net individuals, expats and international investors.
