The renowned former Real Madrid and Manchester United star also boosted his season’s goal count to 50 while playing for Al Nassr. Ronaldo will be back on the field when Al Nassr takes on Al-Hilal, the undefeated team, in the King Cup final on Friday.

Al Nassr secured Ronaldo’s services in December 2022, with reports from ESPN indicating that the 37-year-old is earning $75 million annually, making him the highest-paid footballer in history.

Ronaldo enjoyed two spells at Manchester United, spanning from 2003 to 2009. During his initial stint, he made 196 appearances and scored 84 goals, clinching three Premier League titles and a UEFA Champions League trophy.

As the leading goal scorer in Real Madrid’s history, Ronaldo amassed an impressive record of two La Liga triumphs and four Champions League victories during his remarkable nine-year tenure from 2009 to 2018. Across 292 matches, he netted 311 goals. His second spell with the club occurred in the 2021-22 season, where he tallied 19 goals in 40 matches.

Ronaldo spent three prolific years at Juventus from 2018 to 2021, registering 81 goals in 98 appearances and securing two Serie A titles with the team.
