With the conclusion of the parliamentary polls on all 10 parliamentary seats along with Karnal assembly by-polls on May 25, the Congress contestant Tarlochan Singh, who contested the by-election from Karnal assembly seat against Haryana CM Nayab Saini, on Sunday has levelled allegations against some leaders of backstabbingstating that if the part does not take stern action against the concerned leaders, he will sit on strike in front of high command office. Thus, the allegations of Trilochan Singh led to stir in the state politics depicting the prevailing feud among the Bhupender Singh Hooda and SRK faction namely Kumari selja, Randeep Surjewala and Kiran Chaudhary. Accusing some party leaders without disclosing their names, he said that he will write and forward the names of all the betrayer leaders to the high command regarding this. Notably,Tarlochan Singh is a confidant and loyalist to former CM Bhupendra Hooda which is evident from that even before his ticket was announced by Congress, Hooda had even filed his nomination.

Following the allegations of the Congress candidate, the infighting among the party stalwarts is most likely to increase in Congress between Hooda and SRK faction ahead of the forthcoming assembly polls. He said that some leaders have been recruited in Congress, who instead of asking for votes in support, asked to vote against Congress. “Few party leaders and workers appealed to the voters not in support of Congress, rather in support of BJP candidates and In such a situation, how can they be loyal to Congress?”, he added.

Refusing to reveal the names of those Congressmen, Tarlochan Singh said that he will reveal the names also when the time comes and even senior leaders will have to be cautious of such leaders. The leaders were definitely together during the campaign, but the backstabbing was done slowly and in view of the seriousness of the matter, a complaint pertaining to the entire episode will be submitted to Congress National President Mallikarjun Kharge along with other party leaders.

Tarlochan Singh said that winning and losing elections is a different issue, but the betrayer leaders or workers failed to perform their duty and on the contrary spoke negatively.
