PANCHKULA: Sharma on Sunday visited Bhagwan Parshu Ram Bhawan in Sector 12A to extend an invitation for this mega event.
On the occasion of Lord Parshuram’s birth anniversary, a state-level mega conference will be organized in Karnal on 5th May. Former Union Minister Vinod Sharma visited Bhagwan Parshu Ram Bhawan in Sector 12A on Sunday to extend an invitation for this conference.
Upon arrival at Bhagwan Parshu Ram Bhawan, former Union Minister Vinod Sharma was warmly welcomed by hundreds of people from the society. MP Sharma Pradhan and Vikas Kaushik of Jagrat Brahmin Sabha, Panchkula, honored him with bouquets. Vinod Sharma is actively overseeing the preparations for the event.Emphasizing the importance of unity among the Brahmin brotherhood, former Union Minister Vinod Sharma urged the community to assert their demands strongly for their fulfillment. He highlighted the challenges faced by the youth, such as limited agricultural land and business opportunities, and emphasized the need for employment generation. Sharma also mentioned the struggle to secure ownership rights for land donated to the community a century ago, which resulted in a law being passed by the state government to grant ownership rights. This law benefited 47,000 families in the state.
Sharma encouraged the community to work together to achieve progress and meet their demands. Notably, the Brahmin community holds significant political influence in the state, with a large share of the vote, making them a decisive factor in elections. As elections approach, the Mahasammelan also holds political importance.
